KTDA Management Services Ltd is Kenya’s premier organization providing management services to the small-scale tea sector for effective production, processing and marketing of high quality teas. Currently, it manages 71 tea factories. KTDA has implemented ERP [SAP] system which has also been rolled- out in a number of its managed tea factories.
To speed up the roll-out, KTDA invites proposals from interested eligible SAP Certified Consultants/Partners for the implementation/roll out of ERP [SAP] to the rest of the factories.
Interested bidders may obtain detailed bid documents from procurement office located on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours, upon payment of non-refundable tender fee. The bid documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
Both technical and financial proposal documents in separately sealed envelopes, marked with the tender description and reference number, shall be addressed to:

Completed proposal documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, to be received not later than 9.30 AM on 21ST November 2023. The technical proposal documents will be opened on the same day.
Tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the login credentials before the tender opening. KTDA is not obliged to accept any proposal or give reasons thereof.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
