REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR MANAGEMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS WEIGHBRIDGES
The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance of National Trunk Roads.
The Authority invites bids from eligible candidates for the following tenders as listed below:

There shall be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, 22nd November, 2021 at KeNHA Headquarters, Block C, 4th Floor Boardroom at 10.00a.m. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is limited to only Two representatives per bidder.
There will be no Pre-Tender Site visits but interested bidders are encouraged to make personal arrangements to acquaint themselves with the intended services/works on respective sites before submissions of their bids.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the Kenya National Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
Bidders are encouraged to download tender documents to minimize physical visits to KeNHA Headquarter Office.
The tender closing date will be on Tuesday, 30th November, 2021 at 11:00a.m.
All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya National Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke for any tender addenda or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
