REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE INDEPENDENT EXPERT FOR NAIROBI EXPRESSWAY PROJECT
TENDER NO. KeNHA/PPP/2316/2020

The Government of the Republic of Kenya through the Ministry of Transport. Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works represented by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act. 2007 requires the services of a consulting firm to act as an Independent Expert for the Nairobi Expressway Project being implemented as a Privately Initiated Investment Project under the Public Private Partnership Framework

The Authority therefore invites eligible consulting firm to act as an Independent Expert with the capability (Qualification and Experience) to submit Proposals to assist the parties in the management of the implementation of the Project Agreement between the Authority and the Project Company for the project under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and consequently the Presidential Directives issued, there shall be NO Pre-Bid conference. However, bidders are requested to make personal arrangements to acquaint themselves with the site conditions before submissions of their bids

A complete set of Request for Proposal documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the Kenya National Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke or PPIP portal: www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. To avoid logistical challenges due to the cessation of movement restrictions across some regions of the Country, Bidders are encouraged to download tender documents and to minimize physical visits to KeNHA Headquarters.

The tender closing date will be on Tuesday, 4th August 2020 at 11.00 A.M.
