REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST |
- The Government of Kenya has received a grant from the European Union (EU) towards the Support of Kenya Energy and Transport Project (SKETS) under the Safe Roads/ Usalama Barabarani Programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant for procurement and payments development and dissemination of Road Safety Digital content.
- The National Transport and Safety Authority intends to apply part of the proceeds to Consulting services as tabulated below:

- The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
- Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
- Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours; Monday to Friday (Public Holidays closed) from 0800hrs to 1500hrs Local time.
- Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form in person on or before Wednesday 30th March 2022 at 11.00 a.m. (Local Time) at the Tender box located on 8th Floor of 316 Upper Hill Chambers building, National Transport and Safety Authority Headquarters, 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi.
- Completed documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with reference number and description and be deposited in the Tender Box on 8th Floor, National Transport and Safety Authority’s Headquarters, located at 316, Upper Hill Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi to be received on or before date and time indicated in the table above. Late submissions will be rejected. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified on 9th floor Boardroom in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
