RESTRICTED TENDER FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT MACHINERY FOR CLIMATE WORX PROGRAMME, TENDER NO. NYS/SPPP/027/ CLIMATE WORX PROGRAMME / 2024-2025
The National Youth Service invites sealed bids from native Original Equipment Manufacturers [OEM] from the Republic of South Korea for the supply and delivery of vehicles & equipment machinery for Climate Worx Programme through Specially Permitted Procurement Procedure to National Youth Service
Complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 made through MPESA [Paybill No. 222222, Account Number NYSHQ2- Bidder’s Name] and collected from the Supply Chain Management Offices at the NYS Headquarters in Nairobi, during official working hours between 9:00am – 4.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Tender documents may also be viewed and obtained electronically free of charge from the websites, www.nys.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke . Tenders shall however not be submitted electronically but physically delivered to the addresses provided below.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number on the right-hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed and delivered to the below indicated address so as to be received not later than 3rd April, 2025 at 11:00am;

Submitted bids will be opened immediately after the tender closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
The Government reserves the right to reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
