INVITATION TO TENDER
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF ANGATA‐NANYUKIE

1. The (Kenya Rural Roads Authority-Samburu Region) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates
for (Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Angata‐Nanyukie
2. Tendering will be conducted under a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified
and interested Tenderers.
3. This Tender is restricted to registered bidder in Samburu region.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to1600 hours] at the address given below.

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the www.tenders.go.ke and Authority’s
Website www.kerra.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kerra.go.ke).
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(samburu.proc@kerra.go.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by Duly filled Tender Securing Declaration.
9. Estimate for the project is ksh 7,590,000
10. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
11. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [April 16, 2025 at 11:00 am
- Electronic Tenders [ will not] be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. -
Late tenders will be rejected.
