State House invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for sale of boarded motor vehicles and unserviceable stores whose specifications are detailed in the Tender Document. The boarded motor vehicles and stores can be viewed during the normal working hours from 9am to 4pm at State House Regional Garage Yard within Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Public Works, Mechanical Garage, Thika Region – Ruiru and State House Nakuru.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Supply Chain Management, State House Nairobi during normal working hours or through the official email address, supplychain@president.go.ke and telephone numbers 020-2210539/2227439.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000 in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to The Comptroller, State House at the Accounts Office – Administra- tion Block located at STATE HOUSE, NAIROBI or download it from our website www.president.go.ke at no cost. Bidders will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit as indicated in the Tender Document that will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders.
Completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number should be deposited in the Tender Box located at STATE HOUSE NAIROBI, GATE ‘D’ with the envelope clearly addressed to:

P.O. Box 40530-00100 NAIROBI
so as to be received on or before TUESDAY 14TH JUNE 2022, 10.30 A.M.
Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 Days.
Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at
State House Administration Block Board Room. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
All successful bidders will be required to pay for and collect their items within 14 days from the date of notification, failure to which they will lose the offer.
The sale is subject to reserve prices.
