SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
The Parliamentary Joint Services invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Service and Maintenance of Network Infrastructure.
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or dg@parliament.go.ke . A complete set of the tender document may be downloaded free of charge from the Commission’s Website; www.parliament.go.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal www. tenders.go.ke
There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 19th April. 2022.11.00 am in the 2nd Floor Boardroom, Protection House, along Parliament Road, Nairobi.
Duly completed, serialized and paginated tender documents of the bid document submitted including any addenda, appendices and attachments (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 5th May, 2022 at 11.00 a.m
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who may choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor boardroom, Nairobi.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 100,000.00 valid for 217 days from tfie date of tender opening, in form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya, payable to the Parliamentary Joint Services.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 182 days’from the closing date of the tender.
