INVITATION TO TENDER
Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) invites sealed tenders for Supply and Delivery of a 3D Physical Model.
CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 3D PHYSICAL MODEL
CONTRACT REFERENCE NUMBER: EPRA/SCM/4/2/21-22/099
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document AND is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (9.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm) local time, Monday to Friday) at the address given below.

3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs 1,000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).
4. Tender documents may also be obtained electronically from the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) website www.epra.go.ke or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically from the websites will be FREE OF CHARGE. Bidders are strongly encouraged to download the documents from the websites listed above.
5. Tenderers downloading documents from the websites, i.e. www.epra.go.ke or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke shall immediately advise the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority
(EPRA) that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (name of tenderer, email, telephone number and postal address) through submission of their details to the email addresses Email : procurementgrp@epra.go.ke. The tenderers details are necessary to facilitate any clarifications or addenda that may be issued. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amounting to Kenya Shillings Ten Thousand Only (Kshs. 10,000.00) from a reputable Financial Institution recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or an Insurance Firm approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period. Bidders cannot issue Tender Securities to themselves.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize/paginate all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before;

Time: 1130hrs (East African Time)
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
