INVITATION TO TENDER
NGAAF BUNGOMA COUNTY through National Government Affirmative Action Fund invites tenders from
eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery mentioned below being funded by NGAAF.

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 50.NO HIGH PEAK PYRAMID TENTS WITH A CAPACITY OF 100- SEATER DOUBLE PEAK BRANDED WITH NGAAF LOGO
RESERVED FOR AGPO(PWD)
Interested bidders are required to meet the following mandatory conditions: –
1. Attach a certified copy of the Company certificate of incorporation /registration.
2. Attach a certified copy of CR12 for limited companies (should be within (12) months).
3. Attach certified copies of IDs/passportsfor Directors as per attached CR12.
4. Attach a certified Copy of the Valid Tax Compliance certificate issued by Kenya Revenue Authority.
5. Attach a certified Copy of the KRA PIN certificate
6. Attach a Certified copy of a V a l i d Single business permit from any county government authority.
7. Dully filled, signed and stamped Form of Tender in the format prescribed.
8. Duly filled, signed and stamped Self-Declaration Form SD1 (Public Procurement and Disposal Act Non-Debarment
Form.
9. Duly filled, signed and stamped Self-Declaration Form SD2(Anti-corruption pledge)
10. All pages MUST be stamped and serialized/ paged
11. Must submit a copy of the certificate of registration for in the relevant special group (AGPO)PWD.
12. Capacity Building Levy: This levy, set at 0.03% of the value of the signed contract (exclusive of applicable taxes),
is mandatory for all public procurement contracts effective 1st September 2024. The price quoted should be
inclusive of 0.03% (contract sum) capacity building levy.

Tenders will be received on or before Friday 20th December 2024 at 10.00 A.M. Local Time. Tenders will be opened
immediately thereafter in the presence of tenders and /or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late applications will not
be accepted.
