Mandatory Requirement.
- A copy of business registration certificate
- Business trading permit
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate
- Show proof of having undertaken business of similar nature in the last 3 years
- A copy of audited accounts for the last 3 years.
Tender documents may be purchased from the school accounts office within the administration block upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000 (five thousand shillings only) at Kalobeyei Sec School within working hours/
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE.
Complete tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked KSS/019/2021 Tender for NEW ISUZU BUS to be addressed to:

KALOBEYEI SECONDRY SCHOOL,
P.O. BOX 36-30501, KAKUMA, KENYA
Shall be returned and deposited in the school tender box at the administration block on or before 4th Jan 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
Tender will be opened immediately after closing in presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
