The Government of Kenya has received financial assistance from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards financing the Upper Tana Catchment Natural Resources Management Project. The project completion date is 31st December 2022 and the closure date is June 2023. The goal of the project is to contribute to rural poverty reduction in the Upper Tana River Catchment through increased sustainable food production and incomes and sustainable management of natural resources for provision of environmental services. The Project Lead Agency is the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation. Towards accomplishing its objectives, the Upper Tana Catchment Natural Resources Management Project (UTaNRMP) intends to use part of the funds to procure goods indicated below;
The project now invites sealed tenders from qualified tenderers for Supply and Delivery of an Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy Machine and its accessories as per detailed specifications in the tender document.

or dropped in the Tender Box situated at the main entrance to the EMBU West Water office located on Embu – Meru Road opposite Kangaru DEB Primary School or posted so as to reach the above address on or before 11:00AM on 16th March, 2022
Due to Covid -19 MoH protocols, tenderers will not be invited for a physical opening. The opening will be through a virtual platform immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenderers are therefore requested to register with utanrmp@gmail.com at least one day before the tender opening in order to be sent the link for the virtual tender opening meeting.
Late tenders will not be accepted regardless of the circumstances.
