Interested and eligible bidders may download tender document(s) from IFMIS Supplier Portal and County website (www.kericho.go.ke). A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge from the county website www.kericho.go.ke. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, MUST be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of tender.
The completed tender documents are to be enclosed in-plain sealed envelopes marked with the Appropriate tender number and tender name and be addressed to the:

County Government of Kericho,
P.O Box 112-20200,
Kericho.
And be deposited in the Tender Box A located at the County Government of Kericho Headquarter along Kisumu – Nakuru Highway opposite Sinendet Towers on or before Friday 06th March 2020 at 10:00am. Opening of tenders will take place immediately thereafter in the County Conference Hall in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bulky tenders which do not fit into the Tender Box shall be received at the Head of Supply Chain’s Office.

Bidders who wish to attend site visit will assemble at the designated tea buying centre at the said date from 10:00 am.
Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification.
Youth, women and Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to participate.
