As such, FCA invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through open domestic bidding for the supplies below.

With Funds received from BPRM Finn Church Aid (FCA) is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers for the following tender:
Assorted Hygiene Kits.
1) Supply and Delivery of Toothpaste.
2) Supply and delivery of Barsoap.
3) Supply and Delivery of reusable and disposable pads.
4) Supply and Delivery of girls’ panties.
5) Supply and Delivery of boys’ underwear’s and vests.
6) Supply and Delivery of handkerchiefs.
All supplies are for a humanitarian Education project implemented by FCA in Kalobeyei settlement.
Please note that the prices shall be quoted in KES only inclusive of VAT.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted as one fully scanned document (both the tender dossier and supporting documents) online through the following Link: https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/kirkonulkomaanapu?id=414475&tpk=dddb53b4-4fa3-4b11-8343-c43f022172d4 by 2259 hrs Kenyan time on 10th October 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 11th October 2022 at 10.30 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).

The Contracting authority may for its own convenience and without charge or liability cancel the tender process at any stage.
