INVITATION TO TENDER.
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CALLING CARDS – RESERVED FOR YOUTH ONLY
TENDER NO: NEMA/T/01/2022-2023.
2. NEMA invites sealed tenders for Supply and delivery of calling cards (reserved for youth only)in the Financial Year 2022-2023.
3. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is reserved for youth only.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information about the Tender Documents during office hours at NEMA Supply chain Management Section.
5. A complete set of tender documents shall be obtained electronically from NEMA Website (www.nema.go.ke or Public procurement Portal (www.tenders.go.ke)Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to THE DIRECTOR GENERAL NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY, ELAND HOUSE, POPO ROAD, OFF MOMBASA ROAD P.O. BOX 67839 – 00200 NAIROBI so as to be received before or at 09.00hrs on 9th June 2022.
8. Electronic submissions shall not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
