INVITATION TO TENDER
NAME AND DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COFFEE SEEDLINGS (BATIAN AND RUIRU 11 VARIETIES).

1. UASIN-GISHU COUNTY invites sealed tenders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COFFEE SEEDLINGS (BATIAN AND RUIRU 11 VARIETIES).
Procurement method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1.2 Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the Uasin Gishu County Hall Room 19 during normal office working hours.
1. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(www.uasingishu.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
2. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website/ www.uasingishu.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@uasin-gishu.go.ke, 0532016186 address 40-30100 Eldoret to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th May 2022 at 10:30 am through IFMIS PORTAL
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
