MINISTRY OF EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT TENDER 2020 

The State Department for East African Community invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Supply and Delivery of Mineral Water and Supply of Daily Newspapers.

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at State Department for East African Community, P.O Box 8846-00200 Nairobi Co-operative Bank House Building 17th Floor Door 17-04 Procurement office during normal office working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates for free downloaded from Ministry’s website (www.meac.go.ke) or the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke)

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the tender Box at 16th Floor Co-operative Bank House Building Haile Selassie Av­enue or be addressed to

So as to be received on or before 16th September, 2020.

The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate’s representatives who choose to attend at the boardroom 18th Floor Co-operative House building Haile Selassie Avenue at 10:00am.
