NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) 

 

Tender Name : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS

  1. The Government of Kenya has established a budget line for the procurement of Desktop Computers for the Public Secondary Schools ICT Integration Programme. In this regard, the Ministry of Education wishes to invite bids for the supply and delivery of Desktop Computers for Public Secondary Schools.
  2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Docu­ments during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
  4. A complete set of tender documents should be obtained electronically from the Ministry of Education Website: (www.education.go.ke ). Tenderers should forward their particulars immediately to ppo@education.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
  5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of 2% of the tender amount.
  6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th  December, 2021 at 11.00 am. Electronic tenders will not be permitted and Late tenders will be rejected.
  7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend on 2nd floor, small boardroom, Jogoo House ‘B’, Harambee Avenue.
