INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FORTIFIED COMPOSITE BLEND FOR ECDE SCHOOLS –WEST POKOT COUNTY

TENDER NO: CGWP/T/005/2023-2024 
The County Government Of West Pokot invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY
AND DELIVERY OF FORTIFIED COMPOSITE BLEND FOR ECDE
SCHOOLS –WEST POKOT COUNTY
1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [08:00am – 5:00pm] at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender document with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from County
Government of West Pokot website www.westpokot.go.ke or IFMIS PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke and Public
Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.westpokot.go.ke,
or IFMIS tender portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke ) using the unique IFMIS negotiation number
1399964 , tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
info@westpokot.go.ke P.o Box 222-30600 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of kenya shillings five hundred thousand only
(kes. 500,000.00)
6. Bidders MUST scan and upload a copy of original bid security to the IFMIS portal and deliver the original
bid security to the office of the Head of Supply Chain Management services, Treasury Building, Ground
Floor before the closing date and time.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Format 1,2,3,4,5….n(where n is the last page number)
8. Completed tender document MUST be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL:
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on or before
The EXACT REPLICA of the uploaded complete tender document MUST be submitted in hard copy through the
below address. In case of any discrepancy between the tender submitted in the IFMIS platform and the submitted hard
copy, the details of the uploaded copy SHALL PREVAIL.
The hard copy document is to be submitted to the below address and deposited in the tender box at the county treasury building reception area before closing date.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
