Interested bidders may examine and obtain detailed Tender documents by downloading from the County website www.machakos.go.ke, PPIP Portal and be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTALwww.supplier.treasury.go.ke to be received not later than Thursday 21^st JANUARY, 2021 At 11.00 Am

Qualification for Tendering (Mandatory]

The below listed documents are mandatory

1.             Copy of certificate of incorporation/registration
2.             Copy of valid Business permit

      iii.            Copy of Valid Tax compliance.

1.             Bid security (Bank/ lnsurance Only]
2.             Bidders required to serialize each page of bid submitted
3.             Certificate from the radiation board of Kenya (supply and delivery of full body 64 slice computerized tomography(CT]scan]

Note:

Following COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent presidential directives issued, there shall be a Mandatory Pre- Tender site visits for the above Tenders on 12^th January 2021 at 10:00 am (Machakos Level 5 Hospital] all COVID-19 guidelines for gatherings should be adhered to.

Bidders are REQUIRED to Visit the site before submissions of their bids, and a form on declaration of knowledge of site has been provided and should be duly signed by the appointed authority.

However for the bidders who had visited earlier are not required to revisit the site.

The criteria for evaluation of bids

The criteria shall be as described in the tender documents.

Original bid security to be submitted to the procurement office department of Health and Emergency Services situated at Machakos Level 5 Hospital.

Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings
