Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from county department of Water Environment Energy Forestry and Natural Resources and inspect the tender documents from the county website.
The tender documents may be downloaded from the PPIP Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke/ OR county website www.kericho.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who wish to participate are required to send their details to supplychain@kericho.go.ke for registration in case of an addendum.
Tender bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the tender number, tender name, category number and be deposited in the Tender Box located at ground floor entrance to the Department of Water Environment Energy Forestry and Natural Resources situated at Public Works Buildings, along Hospital Road or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before Tender closing date: 16th August 2023, at 10.00am EAT
Bulky or large bid documents which cannot go through the slot of the Tender Box must be delivered to and registered at Procurement Office, at Water and Environment Department ground floor.
Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Water Department Boardroom on 2nd floor of Public Works Building.
