To qualify for preference and reservations on public procurement, Youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities, bidders MUST attach preference certifications.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the company’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representative, who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned un-opened.
