Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained from the office of the Sub County Procurement office – during normal working hours upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Kshs.l000/= per set of tender documents. Prices quoted MUST be NET, i.e. inclusive of VAT and other taxes, delivery cost and MUST remain firm for a period of Ninety [90] days after closing date of tender. Interested tenderers MUST submit copies of business registration/incorporation certificate, VAT/PIN certificate, tax compliance certificate. Registration with the National Construction Authority is required in respect of TDSC Nos. 16.
