Supply and Delivery of Heavy Duty, Executive Utility Passenger Vehicles – National Assembly

PARLIAMENT OF KENYA TENDER 2021 

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY 

The National Assembly invites interested, eligible and competent firms to submit sealed bids for the following item as specified in the Tender Document-

Interested and eligible tenderers may download the Tender Document FREE OF CHARGE from Parliament : Website; www.parliament.go.ke or the National Treasury’s IFMIS Portal on: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke/site/tenders.go/index.php/public/tenders

Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 13th Floor Protection House, at the junction of Parliament Road and Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi within normal working hours.

Duly completed bid documents (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed in the respective Tender Document and be deposited in the | tender box located at Reception of 2nd floor, at the junction of Parliament Road and Haile Selassie Avenue, f Nairobi or be addressed to:-

so as to be received on or before Monday, 15^th March 2021 at 12.00noon.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, delivery cost and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from closing date of the tender.    

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their representatives, at Protection House, 11th floor boardroom at the junction of Parliament Road and Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi.

The National Assembly reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept f the lowest or any tender.
