INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR PUBLIC DEBT NANAGEMENT PROJECT
TENDER NO. TNT/014/2023-2024
1. The National Treasury invites sealed tenders for the Supply and delivery of ICT
Equipment for Public Debt Management Project
2. Tendering will be conducted under the Open Tendering Procurement Method using a
Standardized Tender Document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. The tender is open to all firms registered appropriately with the National Treasury under
the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) – Youth Women and
Person with Disability.
4. Eligible, Qualified and Interested tenderer may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs at
the address given below.
5. The Interested Tenderer must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@treasury.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the Request for Proposal
documents submitted.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of: Dully Filled, Signed and
Stamped Bid Securing Declaration Form.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 a.m. East
African Time on Thursday 14th September, 2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later.
10. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
