SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLES
Water Sector Trust Fund (WaterFund) is the Kenyan State Corporation under the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation with the mandate of providing conditional and unconditional grants to the Counties and to assist in financing the development and management of water and sanitation services in the rural and urban marginalised and underserved areas as per Water Act 2016.
WaterFund hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tender:

Interested eligible bidders may inspect and obtain bidding documents from our procurement office during office working hours (08:0am – 05:00pm) on week days except public holidays at a cost of KES 1,000 OR free of charge from our website https://waterfund.go.ke or at http://tenders.go.ke . Bidders who download the tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@waterfund.go.ke for communication of any tender clarifications.
Bids must be delivered at our offices on or before 11:00 am on 17th February, 2021 and must be accompanied with a tender security in form of in the amount of KES 300,000 with a bid validity of 90 days from the bid submission date. Late bids will not be accepted and any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
Duly completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender reference number WSTF/OT/MV/001/2020-2021 and be deposited in the tender box provided at the Water Sector Trust Fund’s Reception located at CIC Plaza 1, 1st Floor along Mara Road in Upper Hill, Nairobi or be addressed to:

Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM East Africa Time on 17th February, 2021 at our offices while observing Ministry of Health prescribed COVID-19 protocols.
