Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of the Tender documents from the Supply Chain Management Office, Ministry of Petroleum and Mining, State Department for Petroleum, Court Room located on the 24th floor, Nyayo House upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000/= (Kenya shillings one thousand) at the Cash Office located on the 21st Floor of Nyayo house during normal working hours from Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time). AGPO firms are exempted from purchasing the tender document for Lot 3 and are encouraged to download from www.petroleumandmining.go.ke or Public Procurement information Portal link https://www.tenders.go.ke website.

Tenderers may obtain clarification on the tender document from the Head, Supply Chain Management office Ministry of Petroleum and Mining State Department of Petroleum, Nyayo House, 24th floor during normal working hours from Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time) or on the following email address supplychain@petroleum.go.ke
Preference and reservation schemes as prescribed in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015 shall apply.
