Completed tender documents, in plain sealed envelopes indicating the “TENDER NUMBER” and “NAME” without identifying the sender, should be addressed and sent to:

P.O. BOX 193-60215,
MARIMANTI, KENYA.
Alternatively, they can be placed in the Tender Box located at the Reception of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office ON or BEFORE Tuesday, 16th July 2024, at 12:00 P.M. Bids submitted later than this date and time shall be returned unopened.
The opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter in Tharaka University’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders/their representatives who may choose to attend.
Bidders MUST serialize all the pages of their bid documents and indicate the number of pages submitted, failure to which shall lead to disqualification.
