CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
TENDER NO. ODPC/OT/04/2021-2022
1. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner invites sealed tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture & Equipments.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Open National Tender) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
“Price evaluation will be done for EACH ITEM INDEPENDENTLY resulting to Multiple Contracts”
3. Tender documents obtained from the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner website, www.odpc.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke shall be free of charge.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours at the address given below.

during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs (East Africa Time).
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@odpc.go.ke and info@odpc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings 140,000.00 valid for a period of 180 days.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise/paginate all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 13th May 2022 at 1030hrs (East Africa Time).

9. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
10. Tender documents that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 7 above.
11. Tender documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late Request for Proposal documents will be rejected.
