SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE COUNTY HOUSE FOR THE PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE COMMISSION
TENDER NO: PJS/009/2023-2024
The Parliamentary Joint Services invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers to tender for the supply and delivery of office furniture for the County House Building.
Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 4,h Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or
email through procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or director.general@parliament.go.ke . A complete set of the tender document may be downloaded free of charge from the Commissions Website; www.parliament.go.ke or the government tenders portal at www.tenders.go.ke.
Duly completed, serialized and paginated tender documents (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed under the tender documents and be dropped in the Tender Box at the Reception on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi and be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 28th September, 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend or their appointed representatives, at Protection House, 4th floor boardroom, Nairobi.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.500,000.00 valid for 217 days from the date of tender opening, in form of a bank guarantee from reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya payable to Parliamentary Joint Services.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 182 days from the closing date of the tender.
