TENDER NAME: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF SIX NEW SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES (SUVs)
The County Government of Meru (CGM) (hereafter called “The Client”) now invites sealed bids nationally, from eligible suppliers of the aforementioned item at the Head- Office block in Meru Town. Interested Suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the tender document from CGM website: http://www.meru.go.ke/ portal or Government Portal: https://www.tenders.go.ke
Bidders who will be interested shall download the tender document from the website and MUST forward their particulars immediately for recording and further clarification and addenda to procurementfinance@meru.go.ke
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the 1FMIS Supplier Portal: https://supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender document so as to be received on or before the date and time indicated in IFMIS- (15th December 2020 @ 10.00 AM);
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender;
Tenderers shall furnish, as part of their application a tender security as indicated in the instructions to tender,
The criteria stated in the appendix to instruction to tenderers will be used to evaluate the tenderers responsiveness thereby obtaining the lowest evaluated bidder;
Bidders who may experience any challenges in accessing or uploading the tender documents in the IFMIS tender portal should contact IFMIS help desk Tel (0800721477) at the National Treasury or contact Supply Chain Management Services Office situated at the County Headquarter
Performance security from a reputable bank shall be 5% of the contract price.
NOTE: The system will automatically lock out at the date & time of tender closing indicated in the IFMIS portal. Manual Submissions shall not be acceptable in this e-tendering and therefore no physical opening of the tenders.
