Supply And Delivery Of Tetra Packed Processed Uht Milk 200ml For The Ecde School Feeding Programme In Nyandarua County

The County Government of Nyandarua invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for:
- TENDER NEGOTIATION NUMBER 763157-2019720.20 OPEN TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TETRA PACKED PROCESSED UHT MILK, 200ML FOR THE ECDE SCHOOL FEEDING PROGRAMME IN NYANDARUA COUNTY
Bidders must attach the following mandatory requirements:
- Copy of certificate of incorporation.
- Copy of valid tax compliance certificate.
- Valid single business permit or GOK trading license
- Two bid documents being an “original” and a “copy of the original”
- Form of tender indicating the “total tender sum inclusive of taxes signed and stamped by authorized person”.
- Certified current copy of form CR12 issued in the last 12 months.
- Current and valid certificate to operate as a food processing entity by the Kenya Dairy Board.
- Bid bond of Kshs 400,000.00
Bidding document with details can be obtained from Nyandarua County Website: www.nyandarua.go.ke or from the Kenya Supplier Portal: http://suppliers.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Only bidders meeting criteria indicated in the bid document shall be considered for further evaluation.
Duly completed tenders should be submitted online through the Kenya Supplier Portal/ Integrated Financial Management System [IFMIS] and in the Tender Box located at the entrance of the county government main offices, on or before Wednesday, 4th March 2020 at 10:00 AM.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the education offices [Dicece] in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to be there.
