The following are the mandatory requirements to be submitted together with the bids:
- A copy of Business Registration/ incorporation certificate
- A copy of valid tax compliance certificate from KRA
- A dully filled form of specification in the format provided
- A dully filled confidential business questionnaire form in the format provided
- A duly filled form of tender in the format provided and signed by the authorized person
- 6 Proof of dealership/ manufactures authorization
- A valid local single business permit from a local County Government
- A tender security of 2% from a recognized financial institution in Kenya valid for 150 days
- Attach copy of KRA pin certificate
