All clarifications and /or amendments will be published in the KWS website and tenderers are required to check for any addendums or amendments in the course of the bidding period prior to the closing date.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the Pre- Bid meeting will be held virtually on 17th March 2022 at 10.00am. Interested bidders need to register for the meeting via the above email address, latest 14th March 2022 by 4.00pm for the purpose of getting logging in credentials to the meeting.
Bids must remain valid for a period of One Hundred and Nineteen (119) days from the date of tender opening.
The completed bids in plain sealed envelope marked with tender reference number and tender name, shall be deposited into the Tender Box located at the entrance of Main Reception, KWS Headquarters, Langata Road P.O. Box 40241 – 00100, Nairobi on or before 12:00 Noon on 29th March, 2022.
The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at KWS Vet Board Room in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.
