UKAGUZI REGULATED NON-WDT SACCO SOCIETY LTD TENDER MARCH 2023 

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Ukaguzi regulated Non-WDT Sacco Society Ltd was registered in 1974 under the cooperatives act, it is now regulated by SASRA as a Non-WDT Sacco. In this regard, the Society invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (E0I) to participate in the upcoming competitive tender exercise for the Supply, Design, Installation, Customization, Testing and Commissioning of an , MIS solution for the SACCO.

The system is expected to be fully compliant with SASRA reporting requirements and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Capabilities:

Interested firms should provide specific information as indicated below:

  1. Name of the firm that will participate in the tender,
  2. Name(s) and position(s) of authorized representatives.
  3. Company profile together with Certificate of Registration /Incorporation
  4. Firms that bid jointly should submit consortium agreements between the parties, with the roles of each party clearly defined. (Not more than one consortium agreement for some firms will be accepted).
  5. Description of management/ organization structure, list of key staff relevant to the assignment, and their Curriculum Vitae.
  6. Evidence of experience in the relevant field and attach at least three (3) references of similar work done in the last five years.
