INVITATION TO TENDER 

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER PURIFICATION DISPENSER 

TENDER NO – BOK/ROWPD/03/2022  
1. Bomas of kenya ltd (Bok) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Dispenser (AGPO GROUP)
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive bidding method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8.00am to 5.00pm Daily Monday to Friday at Bomas of Kenya, Administration Block, Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Forest Edge Road, off Lang’ata Road, during the normal working hours, i.e between 0800 hrs and 1700 hrs
4 Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.Bomasofkenya.co.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) free of charge
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES 200,000 valid for 150 days from Tender closing date in the format prescribed.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered in Hard copy and deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Reception Area of the Bomas of Kenya Limited’s Administration Block, so as to be received on or before 1100hrs on Tuesday, 15th June, 2022
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Bomas of Kenya Multipurpose Hall.
9. Late tenders shall be rejected.
