THE SENATE TENDER DECEMBER 2023 

The Senate invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers to tender as follows:

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Procurement Office on 2nd Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through procurement2041@parliament.go.ke  or clerk.senate@parliament.go.ke . A Complete set of the tender document may be downloaded free of charge from the Senate Website; www.parliament.go.ke  or Public Procurement Information Portal; www.tenders.go.ke .

Duly completed render documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number, name as prescribed and be deposited in the tender box provided at the 2nd Floor, Protection House, at the junction of Parliament Road and Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi or be addressed to:-

so as to be received on or before Thursday, 14th December, 2023 at 11.00 am.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery cost and must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for Ninety (90) days from the closing date of the tender.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates who choose to attend or their representatives, at Protection House, 2nd floor boardroom, at the junction of Haile Selassie Avenue and Parliament Road, Nairobi.
