INVITATION TO BID
FCA is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers in supplying of the following Tenders:
Tender 1 – Tents.
Ø 10 Tents, white or FCA green in colour, light weight, 72 square metres, rectangular, frame type. Outer fly: weight 450-540g/m2 PVC fabric.
Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure.
- All the goods and services are for a humanitarian project in Kalobeyei in Kakuma an intervention supported by FCA.
- All goods and services to be delivered in Kalobeyei in Kakuma, Kenya.
- Please note, the bid prices shall be quoted in KES only.
All bids, in English only, must be submitted online through E-mail: Kenya.tender1@kua.fi with the tender code as the subject of the mail: by 23:59 Kenyan time on 26/03/2021. Late bids will be rejected.
Applicants with enquiries regarding these tenders should send them in writing via E-mail Keco.Procurement@kua.fi up to 22/03/2021 by 1700hrs.
Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the tender dossier. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, tender opening will take place on 31/3/2021 at 10.00 am through zoom (Please share the company representative’s email where the link will be sent).
