INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
SUPPLY DELIVERY INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION, TRAINING, AND COMMISSIONING IP TELEPHONY, ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS AT KWFT OFFICES
1. Policyholders Compesation Fund invites sealed tenders for the construction of SUPPLY DELIVERY INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION, TRAINING, AND COMMISSIONING OF IP TELEPHONY, ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS AT KWFT OFFICES
2. Tendering will be conducted under restricted tender using a standardized tender document.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 09:00Hrs to15:00 Hrs at the address given below.
4. Tender documents will be obtained from the Policyholders Compensation Fund Website www.pcf.go.ke, and Public Procurement Information Portal website www.tenders.go.ke.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the tender sum.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th May 2022 at 10:00 Hours. Electronic Tenders are not permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
