The County Assembly of Machakos invites applicants from qualified and eligible firms to bid for the following tender;

Tender document can be obtained from the Assembly website: www.machakosassembly.go.ke or at the IFMIS Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke , by using the IFMIS Negotiation Number.
Completed tender document shall be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke as per the requirements contained in the tender so as to be received on or before Wednesday 23rd December 2020 at 11.00 am.
There will be Mandatory Pre-tender Site Visit scheduled for this tender on Wednesday 16th December, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. which will be undertaken in adherence to the COVID-19 Ministry of Health Guidelines and Protocols.
Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the Assembly board room, County hall on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 at 11.00 am.
