Tender Documents should be completed in accordance with the outlined instructions in the Terms of reference and sent via email to Kenya.Tender@practicalaction.or.ke by 24th February, 2023 at 4:30pm.
Any bid received past indicated time and contrary to the Guidelines will be disqualified from the process.
