Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions of the tender are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1000 per set at the Accounts office or viewed and downloaded at the Company’ website www.safari-hotels.com free of charge. Bidders who download the document from this website must forward their email contacts immediately for registration to tenders www.kenya-safari.co.ke to allow for tender clarification and addenda to be sent to them.
The bids, the original and one copy, in plain sealed envelopes bearing the name and reference no. of the bid, but without indication of the bidders name, should be deposited in the Tender Box at the front office lobby of Mombasa Beach Hotel, Links Road, Nyali Estate, Mombasa Or should be addressed and mailed to:
