TENDER NOTICE

Mathira Water and Sanitation Company Ltd invites interested eligible bidders, to apply for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Customization, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of an ERP System. A Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document detailing the requirements can be downloaded free of charge from our website, www.mawasco.co.ke or through email requests to infotamawasco.co.ke

Applicants will download the RFP document should email their names, and contact details to info@mawasco.co.ke . This is for records, any further clarifications and addendum where necessary.

Completed documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes for Technical Proposal (in “original” and “copy”, properly bound and separately sealed envelope for Financial Proposal (in “original”, properly bound). The outer envelope shall be clearly marked, “DO NOT OPEN” MWSC/RFP/01/2021/2022- SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF ERP SYSTEM and addressed to:

OR be deposited in the Tender Box situated at our offices, located along Gaikuyu- Gitunduti road, so as to be received on or before Friday, 8th  April, 2022 at 11.00AM East Africa Time. Opening of bids received on time will be done immediately thereafter, at the company’s board room in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
