INVITATION TO TENDER

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION OF ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE LICENSES (ENTERPRISE SOLUTION) AND RENEWAL OF SSL CERTIFICATES UNDER THREE (3) YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT. 
TENDER NO: IEBC/0T/05/23/2023-2024 

1. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive Method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all eligible qualified service providers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents at the IEBC Procurement Offices in Anniversary Towers Fifth Floor Room No. 525
during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2.00p.m. – 4.30p.m.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free
of charge from www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender documents through the
website are advised to register vide email their contacts through procurement@iebc.or.ke
immediately in order to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. The Tenderershall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. The tender documents will be accompanied with a tender security of Kshs. Fifty Thousand Shillings
in either of the forms approved by PPRA.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 11TH January,
2024 at 11:00 am East African Time. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
