RFQ Name:                  SUPPLY OF ELECTION VOTING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE

APHOK invites quotation from interested eligible software Consulting firm company to provide efficient and secure voting services. Must demonstrate that it possesses the knowledge, skills and other competencies needed to perform its responsibilities with due professional care.

  • The firm must have at least seven [7] years of professional experience in carrying out software development, deployment and maintenance work, with public sector experience.
  • The lead consultant should have Enterprise Risk Management experience and preferably be an employee of the firm for the last 3 years. He must have a master’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university and must also be a member of the following professional bodies: CISA, and CRISK and also have certification in risk management.
  • The team leader for the assignment must be a competent ICT professional and must have at least seven years of experience in software development and deployment.
  • The other two staff should have: Undergraduate degree from a recognized university in ICT;
  • Membership to a professional body [CPA, CISA, CRA] or equivalent;
  • At least five [5] years of experience in Software Programming, Deployment & Support;

Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals on or before 9th  May 2023 at 1230hrs.
