COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU TENDER OCTOBER 2021 

SUPPLY OF FUEL AND LUBRICANTS FOR CITY OF KISUMU MOTOR VEHICLES AND PLANT MACHINES (FRAME WORK AGREEMENT)

1. The county Government of Kisumu (City of Kisumu) intends to use part of its budget funds for the supply of fuel and lubricants products for City of Kisumu Motor vehicles and Plant Machines (Framework Agreement).

2. The City of Kisumu now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the above in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the bidding document.
3. This bid is open to Local service Providers.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of City Procurement KUP Offices, Tom Mboya Drive Millimani. P.O. Box 105-40700, Kisumu. From 8.00 am to 5:00PM during working hours.
5. The bids will be evaluated as indicated in the evaluation criteria provided in the tender document.
6. The bid document may be downloaded from County website (www.kisumu.go.ke)
7. Completed Bids should be deposited in the Tender Box at the City Procurement KUP Offices, and must be accompanied by a bid security from a reputable bank in the amount of Ksh, 200,000 and be addressed to:

So as to be received not later than 12.00 noon EAT on 29^th October, 2021

8. Bidders should bind and seal their bids properly, and clearly mark them with: Tender No. and Title. Late tenders will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend on the same day starting immediately after 12.00 East Africa Time at KUP Offices, Tom Mboya Drive Millimani.
