The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following listed tenders:

Interested and eligible bidders may view or the tender document by downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke ; or the Public Procurement information Portal [PPIPJ website: www.tenders.go.ke . Any request for clarifications must be made in writing for at least five [5] days to the tender closing date. All Clarifications and/or addendum will be posted on the Judiciary and PPIP websites.
Prices quoted for the above tenders shall be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty'[120] days from date of the tender closing. Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security as indicated above valid for a period 150 days from the date of tender closing and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or Institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority [PPRA] payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Late tenders shall be rejected.
All eligible and interested bidders for the Provision of Air Ticketing Services-Foreign Travel are encouraged to attend a Pre- Bid Conference on Thursday 21st September, 2023 at 2.00PM at the Supreme Court building, 2nd Floor Boardroom No. 74 (or as may be advised].
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the respective tender numbers and names above and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main Gate at the Supreme Court Entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers representatives at the Boardroom located at the 2nd floor, Room 74, Supreme Court Building or as may be advised. Late submissions of bids will not be accepted.
