INVITATION TO TENDER

The National Water Harvesting & Storage Authority invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e. (FUEL, OILS, and LUBRICANTS AND RELATED PRODUCTS FOR NWHSA MOTOR VEHICLES USING ELECTRONIC FUEL CARDS)

  1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [Open National Tender] using a standardized tender Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
  2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [9.00 m. to 3.00 p.m.] at the address given below.
  3. A complete set of tender documents may be may be obtained electronically from the Website (s) waterau- thority.go.ke OR www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
  4. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to

procurement@waterauthority.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

  1. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all Tenders shall remain valid for (182) days from the date of opening of tenders.
