SUPPLY OF GENERAL STATIONARY

kasneb invites sealed tenders for Supply of General Stationery for two (2) years with possibility of extension for a further one (1) year subject to satisfactory past performance and market dynamics among other possible considerations. The goods will be delivered at Kasneb Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi, in lots as described in the schedule of requirements/specifications.
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National Restricted Tendering Method) using a standard tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
1. Tendering is open to only special group firms registered with the National Treasury.
2. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 9.00 A.M to 4:00P.M. during working days Monday to Friday at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Amount in Kenya shillings Ksh. 1,000) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kasneb.or.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

3. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration in because the tender is reserved for only Special group firms
4. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, 24 May 2022, 11:00 a.m.
6. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
