NAIROBI METROPOLITAN SERVICES TENDER 2020 

REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS, TENDERS AND FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS FOR THE FINANACIAL YEAR 2020-2023 FOR NAIROBI METROPOLITAN SERVICES

Nairobi Metropolitan Services intends to pre-qualify and register suppliers as well as enter into Framework Agreement for service providers for the provision of Goods, Works and Services for the period beginning October, 2020 to September, 2023 from eligible bidders.

Interested and competent firms specializing in the provision of Goods, Works and Services mentioned below are invited to apply. Those who had submitted their business profiles MUST apply afresh.

For Registration and Framework Agreements, bidders are informed that Goods, Works and Services will be procured on “As and When need arises basis.”

Each Tender/Registration document will be used to apply for One Category as indicated below. For applicants applying for more than One Category, they should apply using different Registration/Tender documents per category. Applying for multiple categories using one document is not allowed.

The items that are RESERVED tenders (Special Group) are for Youth, Women and Persons with Disability and must attach a copy of registration certificate from National Treasury. The Special Group is encouraged to competitively apply for open tenders as long as they meet the required qualifications.

Interested Bidders may examine and download the Tender/Registration/ Framework document(s) free of charge from the supplier portal: www.tender.go.ke at no fee. Bidders who download tender documents will be required to provide their details by registering at the Supply Chain Management Office located at KICC, 24thfloorduring normal working hours or send details to email: procurement@nms.go.ke.

Firms that had previously submitted their business profiles MUST APPLY AFRESH to be considered/ listed.

Duly Completed Tender/ Registration / Framework Agreement Documents should   be in plain sealed envelope clearly

Indicating respective “Tender Title and Reference Number” & should be addressed to: –

OR be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Reception, 24th floor, KICC on or before 18th September, 2020 at 10.00 a.m. Bulky documents shall be delivered and registered at the office of the Head Supply Chain Management Services on 24th Floor, KICC.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at Nairobi Metropolitan Service Boardroom, located on 24thFloor

KICC, in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
